1). The composite car body can be made into any color, no additional painting is required, reducing the process;
2). The surface of the composite material plate has a gelcoat layer, which has good weather resistance. The painted aluminum plate has the risk of paint falling off;
3). The use of composite materials can reduce the weight of the body, and the weight reduction efficiency is at least 20% (the density of aluminum is about 2.7g/cm3, and the density of composite board is about 1.35g/cm3);
4) In the heat preservation of the car body, the thermal conductivity of the composite material is low, and the heat preservation performance is better;
5) Maintenance is more convenient. Once the body panel is damaged, it is easy to repair;
6) Composite material sheet is not corroded, the use of metal sheet will occur pitting or corrosion.
